Poly Australia secured deposits on 30 of 67 apartments offered last weekend in Lindfield in their highly anticipated boutique development, Tilia by Poly.

The apartments in the heart of the north shore suburb were popular among local buyers, particularly downsizers, said Poly Australia sales and marketing director Jay Carter.

“For a small scale luxury suburban development, there has been considerable interest," said Carter,

The three bedroom apartments at Tilia by Poly start at $1,630,000 and have sold well, he said.

It is Poly Australia's third Sydney project, which will include a garden for exclusive use of residents.

The development is a mix of 67 apartments, including three townhouses designed by award winning PBD Architects.

Located on Milray Street and within a short walking distance from Lindfield Train Station, and surrounding cafes and restaurants, Tilia by Poly was offered by the newly launched Poly Agency.

Poly Australia has acquired a new site in the suburb of Kogarah in Sydney's south, with plans for a residential development of approximately 100 apartments.

The site was an amalgamation of six residential houses in the priority precinct of Kogarah North.

It recently celebrated the official topping out at Poly Horizon in Epping.

It has also lodged its development application for its site in Bankstown.
