A three bedroom two bathroom Dandenong North, Vic mortgagee home has been sold for $570,000.

Built in 1975 it sold a notch above the price guide of $500,000 - $550,000.

Situated at 41 First Avenue, the property sold in 21 days just over half the median for the Dandenong North which is 37 days, according to Corelogic.

Set on 532 sqm, the home features ducted heating and a double garage.

It last sold in 2013 trading for $450,000.

The median price for a home in Dandenong North is $621,000, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 7.1%.
