Located at 42 Mountain Circuit, the 636 square metre property was marketed as ideal as a first home or investment.

It last sold in 2003 for $324,000.

The kitchen has ample cupboard storage and bench space, while the bedrooms enjoy plenty of natural light.

There is also a front deck with views while the enclosed backyard features its own courtyard.

Other features includes gardens, carport and storage shed.

Parks, public transport and shops are within close proximity of the property.
