A Thornlie, West Australia mortgagee home has sold for $310,000.

The house last sold for $455,000 in 2014.

Roger Golos of the Professionals marketed the property.

SItuated at 4 Lorenzo Street, the abode is comprised of three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Set on 816 sqm, the 1968 built home sold for less than it did in 2010 when it transacted for $373,000.

The property was listed for two years, starting in 2017 when it sought $429,000 before being taken off the market and relisted as a mortgagee sale.

In this latest campaign when offered as a mortgagee sale, the home had an asking price of $339,000.

The house was listed as a rental in 2014 seeking $480/pw.


The median price for a home in Thornlie, WA is $364,000 according to CoreLogic.
