A home in Darwin’s inner northern suburb The Narrows has been listed for mortgagee auction.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, located at 26 Bagot Road, was advertised as mortgagee on realestate.com.

Set on 854sqm, the property includes the brick home, in-ground pool, carport and garden shed.

A study currently attached to the master bedroom has the potential to become a walk-in wardrobe.

The home last traded for $225,000 in 2005.

According to CoreLogic data, the median sales price for homes in The Narrows is $477,500.
