The Chatswood development is seeking VIP registrations ahead of its forthcoming launch.

Located in Sydney's North Shore suburb of Chatswood, The Chatswood will feature a design from KANNFINCH architecture and thoughtful outdoor creations from Arcadia Landscape Architecture.

Bringing one, two and three bedroom apartments with parking, ground level retail, a central courtyard and private rooftop gardens with views to the skyline of Sydney CBD, there will be BBQ facilities, seating and pergolas, as well as shaded dining areas for functions.

Developed by Toga Group in partnership with Reyhoda Pty Ltd, The Chatswood is marketed by CBRE.

Last year, a submission for development approval for 28, 32, 36 Anderson Street, 1 Help Street and 2A McIntosh Street in Chatswood was made for a U-shaped developed of seven to 12 storeys and a landscaped podium.

The application also included basement car parking and lower ground floor car parking for 193 vehicles (34 visitor spaces and 26 commercial spaces, the rest being those for the shop-top homes).

In total, 136 apartments were requested, including 62 one bedroom, eight one bedroom plus study, 23 two bedroom, 33 two bedroom plus study, two three bedroom and eight three bedroom and study apartments.

VIP preview registrations are now open with a display suite coming soon.
