Expressions of interest have been sought from buyers for within The Acres masterplanned development in the south western Sydney suburb of Tahmoor.

Urban Land Housing is offering rural residential lots over 4000m² at 165-195 River Road Tahmoor, which, when developed, will comprise 125 4000 sqm plus homesites spread over 110 hectares.

Construction work is slated to begin this year.

Christopher Lowry, managing director of Urban Land Housing said the location is in the midst of one of the fastest growing vibrant areas of Sydney, with a flourishing food scene and a wide variety of recreational activities.

"The Tahmoor area is experiencing rapid growth with numerous parks, picnic areas and unique bushwalks,” Mr Lowry continued.

The first stage will be the Bellbird release comprising 18 rural residential homesites from 4013 sqm to 6660 sqm.

The Acres, is situated within a 10 minute drive to Tahmoor’s train station and the historic village of Picton, 30 minutes from Camden.

The land was previously a horse stud and is bound by the Nepean River (to the east), Myrtle Creek (to the north), Bargo River (to the south) and rural land (to the west).
