Tenders open for iconic Darraweit Guim landholding

Tenders are open for the Darraweit Guim landholding outside Melbourne for the first time in 20 years.

The agricultural land is offers grazing and dry land farming for sheep and cattle, with 500 hectares set aside for crops. 

Fairfield, a 1,388 hectare landholding situated in Darraweit Guim,located just 48 radial kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. It has a five bedroom, two bathroom homestead, managers’ residence, four stables, five car garage and shearing shed.

 CBRE’s Danny Thomas said it is a semi-rural lifestyle property close to the Melbourne CBD, with substantial future development upside.

“We expect there to be strong interest from domestic and international investors looking to capitalise on the expansion of Melbourne’s northern suburbs, given the substantial land bank appeal of Fairfield," Mr Thomas said.

The International Tender campaign closes Wednesday 21 October at 4pm AEST.
