The north-west Melbourne house was sold by Tehran Mashayekh and Danial Reza Ali from Ray White on May 5.

The 7/231 High Street apartment comes with three bedrooms, modern living, and private balcony.

It also features double-glazed windows, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, and double car garage. 

The suburb’s median unit price sits on $850,000, according to CoreLogic.
