The 2013 built terrace went to auction with a price guide of $450,000-$495,000.

Declan Treacey and Michael Moretti of Phillip Webb held the listing.

Situated at 3/215 High Street, Templestowe Lower the property is held within a boutique complex that is walking distance from Macedon Square.

Set across two levels, the terrace comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Featuring secure basement parking, the property has easy access to the freeway & public transport.

Last listed as a rental in 2016, it had an accompanying price of $460/pw a minor reduction on the price it sought in 2013 and 2015 of $480/pw.

The median price for a home in Templestowe Lower is $1.1 million according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 5.4%.
