Housed within the Chubb heritage building, Iconic is a new development by THIRDi Group and Milligan Group in Sydney's inner-city suburb of Waterloo.

Located at 830 Elizabeth Street Waterloo, Iconic is spread over five levels, excluding commercial.

The development comprises 76 apartments that come as studios, one, two or three-bedroom dwellings starting from $587,000.

There is also a set of penthouse apartments with their private rooftop garden and BBQ, and views of the city.

The development is near Green Square train station and shopping precinct and directly across the road from Waterloo Park.

The Chubb Factory was built in 1921, which the developer says has added another layer to the project design. While maintaining the heritage building, the developers wanted to blend it with modern design.

The architecture and interiors are by SJB.

With major amenities such as Sydney University, UTS, Moore Park and Fox Studios in close proximity, Waterloo offers inner-city convenience.
