Sydney's outer West and Blue Mountains scores 90 percent weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Outer West and Blue Mountains region had the highest number of auction clearance rate in Sydney, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of 10 auctions known to them 90 percent resulted in a successful outcome.

This is followed by North Sydney and Hornsby with 87.4 percent and City and Inner South with 87.2 percent.

Outer South West had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 43.8 percent of its auctions cleared.

A four bedroom house at 12 Nerada Street, Blacktown (above) was sold for $730,000.

Similarly a five bedroom house at 14 Banks Road, Castle Hill (below) was sold for $4.8 million.
