Sydney's most affordable at $355,000 in Liverpool

Sydney's most affordable property reported sold at the weekend was a two-bedroom unit at 19/60-62 Speed Street, Liverpool sold for $355,000 through Prudential Liverpool.

Agent Simon Perri was quoting $320,000 plus.

Sales this year in the block had hit $350,000.

The likely rent by the investor buyer is estimated at between $300 and $320 a week.

There were four registered bidders, with it sold soon after auction.

Liverpool had three of the eight sub-$500,000 weekend sales.
