Sydney's Inner West scores weekend auction clearance rate of 93%: CoreLogic

The Inner West region of Sydney scored the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 63 auctions in the Inner West, 93.7% resulted in a sale.

This is followed by the City and Inner South with 89% and the Eastern Suburbs with 88.5%.

The Outer South West region had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 47.1% of its auctions sold.

A four bedroom house at 24 Lyndhurst Street, Glebe (above) was sold for $4.1 million.

Similarly a two bedroom house at 14 Hamilton Street, North Strathfield (below) was sold for $2.09 million.
