Sydney's eastern suburbs clears 87.6% preliminary clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

The eastern suburbs region of Sydney had a preliminary clearance rate of 87.6% from 118 total auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary for the week ending 30 August.

In the North Sydney and Hornsby region, 118 properties went to auction -  a clearance rate of 87.6%.
