Sydney units the quickest selling capital city market: CoreLogic

Sydney still has the latest selling units among the capital city markets.

But Melbourne and Canberra are neck and neck in the quickest selling houses, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the average time that a unit in Sydney stays on the market is 30 days.

Melbourne and Canberra houses are selling in 29 days in the private treaty market.

Darwin and Perth are the two capitals where properties take the longest time to sell.
