Sydney stuck in the 50s with Ryde its best auction location performer

The eastern suburbs has picked itself up after a couple of slow weeks, clearing over 65 percent of its 90 auctions.

But Ryde was a stronger performer.

A Ryde two bedroom unit was sold prior to the auction for $600,000 (pictured below).

Located at 9/22 Price St, the renovated home comes with two good sized bedrooms, balcony with views of Chatwood, modern kithchen and combined loundge and dining.

It's situated within close proximity to Ryde City Shopping Centre.

Another Ryde three bedroom house has been sold prior to the auction last week for $1.36 million (pictured below).
