Strong interest in Sekisui House's SHAWOOD release
Staff reporterOctober 6, 2016

Sekisui House, the world's largest residential construction company, has secured the sale of 90 per cent of its latest tranche of SHAWOOD homes within the first week of release at The Hermitage, at Gledswood Hills.

Suggesting south-west Sydney’s housing market remains extremely strong, the limited number of four bedroom single and double-storey homes were released for purchase in the last week of September with prices ranging from $749,000 to $782,000.

With ranging in size from 242 square metres to 251 square metres, the pre-engineered SHAWOOD Homes were located within the premium precinct of Donohue’s View in The Hermitage masterplan.

Sekisui House's Brent Thompson said that home buyers had a desire for space and design in a great location, all factors which made the SHAWOOD release attractive.

For further information, visit the sales and information centre located on the corner of Fairbank Drive and Camden Valley Way, Gledswood Hills in South West Sydney. For more information on SHAWOOD homes, visit www.shawoodaustralia.com.au
