Strathfield trophy sale leads CoreLogic RP Data's top ten

The top sale of the week was a six bedroom manor in Sydney's Strathfield on 1,460 sqm of land, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The property, 19 Newton Rd, Strathfield, NSW, (above) sold for $5,850,000 through Steven Devine and Aaron Papadimatos from Devine Real Estate Strathfield.

But since it last traded in 2004 at $4.6 million it represented subdued 2.2 percent annual growth over the decade.
