There was $410,000 to $450,000 pice guidance on the home last offered to market in 1992 at $32,000.

Thomas (Thinh) Nguyen and Alex (Chau) Tran of Barry Plant St Albans held the listing.

Set on a 454sqm allotment, the house at 7 Magnolia Street comprises three bedrooms, central bathroom, kitchen/meals area, floorboards and a carport.

It is within close proximity to schools, public transport, Ginifer Station, Sunshine Hospital and shops.

The median price for a house in St Albans sits on $615,000, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as eight percent.
