Construction is set to commence on one of Box Hill’s most significant residential projects, Sky One.

Situated at 545 Station Street, Box Hill, Sky One will rise from a three-level luxury retail and dining emporium.

Set on the peak of the hilltop, the striking development will feature 438 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

It is proposed to have a unparalleled level of hotel style amenity with landscaped gardens, pool, gym, spa, sauna, family wet area, yoga studio, formal and informal lounges, private dining, private cinema/media room, and entertainment room.

Golden Age announce the project delivery was on schedule.

Following an overwhelmingly successful sales campaign, Golden Age managing director Jeff Xu expects Box Hill to become Melbourne’s second largest CBD.

Golden Age recently acquired a second site at 517-521 Station Street, Box Hill.

It will be redeveloped into a multi-tower project incorporating an array of large, open public spaces, a 104 place child care facility and a mix of residential, commercial and retail spaces.

“The site at 517-521 Station Street will play an important role in our greater vision for Box Hill,” says Mr. Xu.

“We have given great consideration as to how we could best enhance this thriving suburb and believe Sky One and our new site at 517-521 Station Street will provide us a rare and exciting opportunity to do so.”
