A six-bedroom trophy home in the gated Pinnacle community in Sanctuary Lakes, 10 kilometres east of Werribee, has been listed by Scott Perry, of Hocking Stuart with record $2.75 million to $3 million hopes.

The Point Cook precinct price record is held by a Sanctuary Lakes home which sold for $2.1 million in July. 

Vendor Metod Moha runs Distinction Homes, an award-winning luxury building business, using his home as a showpiece for clients.
