Sales have begun at The Parade West Ryde, the new development by the developer Billbergia Group.

Designed by PTW Architects, The Parade will be made up of 63 apartments across 11 levels, set in landscaped gardens with established trees and green spaces.

Sales manager Lulu Chen says they have already received large amount of enquiries since the project information was released.

"The price ranges are very affordable for both first home buyers and home occupy buyers, backed up by the outstanding architectural design and the reliable reputation of the developer, we are sure that the project will be a great contribution to West Ryde local community," Chen says.

The Parade is positioned in the heart of West Ryde, 16 km north-west of the Sydney CBD and a 270 metre walk to West Ryde train station.

Apartments in The Parade:

One bedroom apartment with parking start from $600,000.

Two bedroom apartments with parking start from $750,000.

Three bedroom apartments with parking start from $950,000.

Three bedroom apartments with a study and two parking spaces start from $1.07 million.
