Ryde, Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury achieves 92 percent auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

Ryde, Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury had the highest auction clearance rate in Sydney over the weekend, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the three Sydney regions had an auction clearance rate of 92.9 percent.

This was followed by the Eastern Suburbs with 92.7 percent and the City and Inner South with 91.2 percent.

The Central Coast had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 57.9 percent of its 19 auctions resulting in a success.

A four bedroom house at 4 Moona Street, Hornsby (above) was sold for $1.365 million.

Similarly a five bedroom house at 288 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown (below) was sold for $1.1 million.
