The north Melbourne house was listed by Dina Faour and Eddy Chmaisse from YPA Estate Agents.

The home last sold for $410,000 in 2010.

The 4 Wisla Circuit house which features three bedrooms, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and good sized backyard, was built in 2000.

It is only a short stroll to the newly built 7-Eleven, local schools, parklands and public transport amenities.

The suburb's median house price sits at $530,000, according to CoreLogic.

It has been scheduled for auction on July 28.
