Caydon’s latest project, Due North, is set to become one of the most desirable addresses in Melbourne’s inner-north.

Positioned in a prime location on Preston's High St, Due North will give residents stunning city views and a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, breweries, fashion boutiques, grocery stores and more within walking distance. Residents will enjoy exploring the popular neighbouring suburb of Thornbury, and Melbourne CBD is just 20 minutes away.

Atop the building is a stylish rooftop which boasts resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, outdoor gymnasium, barbecues and private entertaining booths for residents to enjoy.

The architectural facade pays homage to the neighbourhood's industrial roots, with raw brickwork and exposed concrete featuring prominently in the design.

Given the current shift towards working from home due to COVID-19, Caydon have decided to integrate a co-working space in the lobby to accommodate the growing demand for the ability to work from home, plus the addition of home offices in floorplans.

Due North will include 107 pet-friendly apartments with a maximum of 12 apartments per floor, giving residents plenty of space to relax and entertain.

Each apartment will feature bright, contemporary living areas, with a selection of light or dark colour schemes available to choose from.

The beautifully designed kitchens feature stone benchtops and splashbacks, with stunning cabinetry in either a matte oyster grey or charcoal grey. All kitchens are complete with the latest European appliances.

Floor-to-ceiling windows make the most of the spectacular views on offer and fill each living space with an abundance of natural light. Throughout the apartments, you'll find integrated storage and built-in wardrobes.

Environmental sustainability has been taken into consideration, within the design of Due North to achieve a star rating of 6.5. The development will feature rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting and high-performance glazing for thermal insulation.
