Regional Victorian growth graph highlights gap with Melbourne: REIV

The price growth of regional Victoria remains lethargic when compared to metropolitan Melbourne over the past decade, according to the latest REIV data.

The graph shows median house and unit prices in regional Victoria over the past decade in seasonally adjusted terms.
