A two-storey townhouse in Redbank Plains has been sold by mortgagees for $200,000.

The sale price was lower than it last three sales - $225,000 in 2015; $270,000 in 2010 and $205,000 in 2007.

It was sold by Tracey Siccama from One Agency. 

This Henty Drive townhouse came with three bedrooms, a large open planned living, dining and kitchen area, a separate laundry and single lock up garage.

Redbank Plains Town Square Shopping Centre and Redbank Plains High school are within walking distance.

It had been up for rent this time last year at $310 a week.

According to CoreLogic, the median Redbank Plains house price sits on $333,000
