Sunshine North had its second ever million-dollar house sale at weekend auction.

The 32 Troon Crescent property (above) fetched a record price of $1.05 million.

Douglas Kay Sunshine’s Peter Kay said the price eclipsed the suburb’s earlier May record of $1 million, set when the agency sold 17 Taniyah Place.

Four buyers competed for the five-bedroom Troon Cres home.
