Located at 251 Avoca Street, the residence was built in C.1910, and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a carport.

Comprising a 272 square metre block of land, the home has 119 square metres of internal floorspace.

The suburb's iconic racetrack is 1.8km from the property.

It had previously sold in 1989, when it fetched $215,000.

William Tsagaris, from BradfieldCleary Double Bay, listed the property.

The median house price in Randwick is $2.372 million.
