The beachside residence previously sold for $1,375,000 in 2007.

Built approximately 10 years ago, the house received a Master Builder award for its architectural design. 

The home has multiple living spaces with a range of outdoor entertaining zones including a covered entertainer's deck that overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
