The Bendel family secured $520,000 for their bold and bright 1950s Potts Point studio apartment investment.

Its colour scheme was inspired by Mighty Mouse, the animated super hero.

It was the work of industrial designer Nicholas Gurney whose Brougham Street project was shortlisted with a commendation at the Australian Interior Design Awards in 2013.

The top floor 27 sqm space, that comes with views of the city skyline and the Harbour Bridge, last traded $406,000 in June 2013.

It sold through Richardson & Wrench.
