Pharmaceutical executive Joe Baini sells Hawthorn trophy home

Pharmaceutical industry figure Joe Baini has sold his Hawthorn property at an undisclosed price.

Joe Baini is the former chief executive of biopharmaceutical company Immuron.

He is now on the board of the BioMelbourne Network.

The two-storey house at 7 Austin Street features a restored Victorian facade with rear extension.

It has five bedrooms plus a study and living and dining zones leading to an outdoor entertainment space that overlooks its solar-heated pool and spa.
