Perth and Darwin home value growth below decade average: CoreLogic

Perth and Darwin are recording value growth well below their decade average, according to CoreLogic’s latest June update.

The property data firm says that Melbourne and Sydney have the highest value growth.

Perth and Darwin have a value decline of 3.8% and 6.4% respectively.

Meanwhile Sydney and Melbourne both have value growths of 11%.

Adelaide and Brisbane have the lowest value growths with a growth of only 2.9% and 2.3% respectively.
