The 465 sqm parcel of land fetched $2,980,000. 

The property has had an impressive record of sales, it was first sold in 2016 for $2,660,000, initially sold for $410,000 in 1996, and sold on four other occasions between.

The property is tucked in a laneway position and is surrounded by greenery. 

The home features poolside lawns, entertainment terraces, air-conditioning throughout, and a king master bedroom with built-in wardrobes.
