A brand new Brisbane home, complete with striking internal glass-walled garage, has been sold, though Roxanne Liu of LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills.

The contemporary Robertson home was built by commercial developer Satomi Telecican who built it as part of a subdivision project.

The modern garage offers space for three cars, with one side sectioned off to provide a glassed gallery for showcasing your most prestigious car internally in the main entry foyer of the home.

Set on 718 sqm with a landscaped frontward, the five bedroom, five bathroom residence was listed at $2.88 million in September by LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills selling agent Roxanne Liu.

The price was reduced to $2.68 million. It was built with concrete and steel and featuring a suspended concrete slab between its two levels.
