Home buyers in Melbourne can now check out the latest offering from Burbank Homes, the double-storey Palladium 4600, at Point Cook.

“At 45.61 squares, the Palladium 4600 is one of our biggest homes”, said Burbank’s managing director Jarrod Sanfilippo.

“The ground floor is dedicated to living and entertaining, with an L-shaped kitchen, meals and family area, plus an adjoining living area to maximise space. Then there’s the theatre room, study, powder room and alfresco.”

The first floor has four bedrooms, including a master suite and a rumpus for kids.

The suburb had a population of more than 54,000, according to ABS data.

The median sale price of houses in Point Cook is $504,000 with a median price change of 12.06 percent over one year, data from www.propertyvalue.com.au shows. 

The gross median yield is 4 percent.

In 2006, median price for houses was around $340,000, RP data shows.
