Adman Matt Grogan, creative director and partner at Analogfolk, has sold his New York-style converted warehouse apartment in Paddington given plans to up-scale to something bigger.

He bought the 132-square-metre apartment in the Old Tobacco Factory in 2013 for $900,000 as a bachelor pad.

He now has a partner, a baby and a dog.
