In the town of Port Hedland, a three bedroom house has been sold by mortgagees for $425,000.

The Western Australian house had last sold at $965,000 in 2008. 

Situated at 6 Sutherland Street, Port Hedland, the oceanfront reserve home comes with three bedrooms, spacious living area, modern bath, and multiple sheds.

It is located only a short stroll to The Yacht club, the beach, and St Cecilia's Primary School.

It is adjacent to the Spoil Bank Recreation Reserve.

The town's median house price sits at $395,000, according to CoreLogic. 

It was sold by Victoria Thoegersen and Jim Henneberry from Property Shop.
