Nyora, the three bedroom Middle Park offering on Beaconsfield Parade, was passed in at weekend auction at $5,525,000, but sold since at around $5.75 million.

With outlook over Port Phillip Bay, it was marketed by Marshall White as the last substantial unmodified block remaining in a highly sought after section of the strip.

The 500 square metre lot behind its period 1880s façade, combined Victorian charm and New York loft-style extension.

It is listed through Adrian Wood and Michael Paproth.

It last sold in 2008 at $2,975,000.
