The two bedroom two bathroom abode last sold for $445,000 in 2011

Therefore the sale represents a loss of $81,000 on the property.

Lorraine Bailey of Northside First National marketed the property.

Situated at 1/48 Hows Road, it is one of six apartments in a boutique block.

It was listed in October with an asking price of $389,000.

The property features large wraparound balconies and a single lock up garage garage space.

The 2006 built unit was offered as a rental seeking $430/pw in 2013 and more recently in 2017 when it sought $400/pw.

The median sale price for a unit in Nundah is $366,500, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
