Forster is the slowest locality in NSW to sell a unit, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that it takes 760 days to sell a unit in Forster.

This is followed by Yamba with 740 and Mulwala with 659.

A three bedroom unit at 303/38-42 Wallis Street, Forster (below) has been listed for $475,000 since September 2014.

A two bedroom unit at 6/8-12 North Street, Forster (below) has been listed since November 2015 for $499,000.
