NSW auction clearance rate at 56%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday 7 December show a preliminary clearance rate of 56% from 1051 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 294 were sold at auction within NSW, 222 passed in and 135 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of St Ives - a three bedroom deceased estate at 29 Memorial Avenue St Ives, sold at auction for $1,650,000
