Northern Beaches scores 90% auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Northern Beaches had the highest weekend auction clearance rate in Sydney, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 80 auctions known to the in Northern Beaches 91.3% resulted in success.

This was followed by the City and Inner South with 90.1 % and Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury with 88.2%.

Parramatta had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 63.8% of its 69 auctions cleared.

A three bedroom house at 46 Brighton Street, Freshwater (above) was sold for $2.811 million.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 11 Seeana Place, Belrose (below) was sold for $2.65 million.
