Port Macquarie in New South Wales was the busiest individual suburb for auctions across the nation last weekend, with 25 residential homes set to go under the hammer.

A Port Macquaire four bedroom house, near Ascot Park, was listed for sale with a price guide of $790,000 - $840,000 (pictured below), but it was passed in price withheld by McGrath Estate Agents.

The block last sold in 2015 at $245,000.

There were approved building plans in 2016 costing $262,000.

Situated at 42 Black Caviar Parade, it features multiple living spaces, tiered theatre and swimming pool.

It comes with four double bedrooms, gourmet stone kitchen, and full study or possible fifth bedroom.

It is five minutes from schools and shops, and ten minutes to CBD and beaches.
