New residential listings in decline: CoreLogic RP Data

The number of new listings and old listings is in decline, seemingly the further the residential property market gets into its long-term upwards cycle. 

The decline is most noticeable in Sydney, Adelaide and Hobart, while the CoreLogic RP Data review shows Darwin is running against the national trend.
