Mugga Way, Red Hill auction secures $3.4 million sale

A five bedroom Red Hill, Canberra home fetched $3.4 million at weekend auction.

Set at the top end of Mugga Way, it sold through Peter Blackshaw Manuka after the $2.8 million opening bid

The home had never been lived in, having been constructed on the 2044 squad metre block over a number of years by the vendor.

The home at 149 Mugga Way had 502 square metres of living space plus 110 square metres of garaging.
