It was listed by Brendon Van Eyk from Harcourts.

The home last sold for $220,000 in 2005.

It is less than 300 metres from Warragul North Primary School, 600 metres from BP Petrol Station/Convenience store and 2km from the Warragul CBD. 

The suburb's median house price sits at $415,000, according to CoreLogic.
