It was listed by Brendon Van Eyk from Harcourts and the home last sold for $220,000 in 2005.

Nestled on a 627sqm allotment in Warragul North, 20 Montrose St features master room with ensuite, two other bedrooms with BIR's, large L shape lounge, as well as separate kitchen and dining. 

It is less than 300 metres from Warragul North Primary School, 600 metres from BP Petrol Station/Convenience store and approx. 2km from the Warragul CBD. 

The suburb's median house price sits at $415,000, according to CoreLogic.
