Moreton Bay property comes with healthy yields: PRDnationwide

House and unit median prices in Moreton Bay have mostly risen over the past year, according to the latest research from PRDnationwide.

According to the South East Queensland Property Hotspots: Second Half of 2016 report, Burpengarry East led the way for house price gains in the region with a 22.7 percent year on year median price gain.

Deception Bay and Beachmere are two of the cheapest house price areas in the region, but with millions of infrastructure slated for those areas, they may improve upon already healthy rental yields of over 5 percent.

 Median unit prices have stalled in Moreton Bay over the past couple of years, although media house prices continue a solid gain.

A four bedroom house at 3 Camphor CourtBurpengary East (above) has bee listed for sale for over $549,000.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 443 Uhlmann Road, Burpengary East (below) has been listed for sale for over $549,000.
